Wheelabrator Group, Italy's special fully-automatic airblast machine is for the internal cleaning of water and oil passages, and for grey iron engine blocks and heads. It can be combined with gripper modules for the external cleaning of pieces. Capacity, for standard versions, is up to 300 pieces/hour.
The water jackets machine is equipped with a special system, to rotate pieces on one or two axes and to evacuate residual shots after discharging.
Several solutions are available, depending on the customer’s requirements.
