For larger and bulkier components that may require loading by hoist, crane or forklift, the Clean-Tek AXIS range of front load cabinets offers an alternative to traditional solvent ‘TRIKE’ tanks – by using more operator and environmentally accepted aqueous solutions.
Components can be easily loaded into the front of the machine and maximum cleaning efficiency is achieved with a stationary component table, with either a water-driven or power-driven rotary wash boom ensuring that delicate or lightweight component parts can be washed without damage or disturbance.
Clean-Tek AXIS multi-stage wash systems combine various fully independent process stages i.e. hot wash, hot rinse and hot air dry, processed to ensure that the components are being cleaned to a very high standard. They are also fitted with a ‘SOFT TOUCH’ microprocessor which enables the machine operator to control individual process times and fluid temperature levels using one controller.
