The Clean-Tek STREAMLINE ROTARY range of heavy duty rotary spiral drum wash systems have been tailor-made to meet industry’s ever increasing demands for higher output, combined with less labour costs, whilst remaining ergonomic and safe.

Component cleaning is achieved by a stainless steel rotary drum which traverses the components through the various immersion, spray wash and hot air drying stages, slowly tumbling the components as they are conveyed through the machine to ensure that all of the components surfaces come into contact with the cleaning fluids, as well as all the surfaces being properly force air dried before exiting the machine.

By using the STREAMLINE rotary drum system, the customer can benefit from the advantage of having both the spray wash and immersion principles of washing and degreasing component parts into one high production throughput machine.
