The CM- type vibrators are characterized by the flat bottom work bowl without a separation device. The pneumatic unloading gate allows complete discharge of a batch of parts from the work bowl and,thus, prevents parts mixing from different batches. CM vibrators are ideally suited for double batch operation for elimination of unproductive idle time. Processing of large components without inter- components impingement by use of a paddle wheel on the carousel is also possible.
