Linear continous vibrators are especially designed for continous operation in one pass while the work pieces are constantly fed to the machine at regular intervals. The AV machines are normally integrated into automatic production lines and relieve the problems of having to batch parts into machines. They are especially suitable for work pieces with large volumes such as aluminium motor blocks, cylinder heads, gear housings, drive couplings, etc. These machines are often used in light metal foundries for the deburring of castings.
