Walther Trowal Dryers

One method of efficiently drying parts after emerging from any type of vibratory equipment is through a Walther Trowal Cob Dryer. Ground corn cob in the process chamber is heated by electrical heating elements mounted in the non-vibrating machine base. The elements are directed upwards, heating the steel process chamber and warming the cob meal. The machine's vibratory motion conveys the parts around the machine from the load chute to the separation screen. This same motion also exposes the heated cob meal to the air where the water evaporates.
