Wheelabrator Plus is the Wheelabrator Group's after market program.
Wheelabrator Plus offers an extensive range of equipment support services, which includes: equipment modernization, training, maintenance, service and parts, consumables, polyurethane fixtures and masking, and media supplies for blasting, vibratory finishing and washing.
Equipment Modernization Programs (EMP)
Whether your equipment is a Wheelabrator blast unit or another manufacturer's, Wheelabrator Plus makes the latest technology available for all surface preparation equipment. Prior to any equipment modernization recommendations, Wheelabrator Group professionals will inspect your current blasting equipment to see if it matches your requirements. Part of the assessment includes reviewing the available modernization options with the customer to determine if any cost savings or efficiencies could be realized as a result of upgrading to newer technology.
Service and Maintenance, Training
At Wheelabrator Group, our goal is to assist you in ensuring that your wheelblast equipment performs to your expectations. Wheelabrator Plus will define a service and maintenance schedule that fits in with your requirements, as well as providing training to your staff to ensure that the equipment continues to work in the most productive manner.
Replacement Parts
The Wheelabrator Group offers a wide variety of surface preparation technologies, and as such, has extensive knowledge of the industry. Wheelabrator Plus offers replacement parts for all kinds of surface preparation equipment. Your blast machine does not have to be a Wheelabrator machine, we can provide parts and services for all blast equipment, including machines from Gietart.
